What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller and you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds usually are made to the actual card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However some resellers could have different policies regarding refunds, for instance only giving store credit or gift cards. Please refer to the original sellers refund policy.
Third Party Seller Returns Policies
Although many sellers supply a returns policy equal to our own, some seller returns policies may vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the seller's web site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped using a seller are borne via the buyer.

Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
In order to return a large or bulky item that had been delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you through the returns process and may have you contact our specialized support service team, which will schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To guarantee that your return and refund are processed correctly.
Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that inside the returned package. In case the original packaging is still available, return the product in this packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
